When: approximately every two months, either on a sunday or friday
Time
: sundays 2:30-4pm, or fridays 7-8:30pm
What: to discuss a variety of books of interest to our 'moai' - our community, that comes together for a common purpose to support one another
Cost: no charge, but please register your intent to join by signing up via your Mindbody account, just as you do for classes.

Copies of the book selection can be purchased from the studio, in partnership with Serendipity Books.


Tea will be served, and we will end each gathering with
a brief closing circle and meditation.

 

Parameters for selecting titles:

  • anything yogic, spiritual, self-reflective

  • wellness, personal growth

  • overcoming stress/anxiety/illness/adversity

  • concerning issues: steward of the earth, social responsibility, etc.

  • typically will be non-fiction, but not necessarily

  • should be easily available
