I found my newest passion with BUTI at the start of 2018, and continue to fall in love with every aspect of the practice. My desire to help people connect to their bodies and improve their health is what led me to obtain my BUTI yoga certification, and share this practice with others. My focus is to provide an environment where real, authentic and genuine people can come together and lift each other up. A place where we can become confident with our bodies and how they move. I strive to provide a full mind and body workout, while developing a welcoming community of BUTI enthusiasts.

BUTI Yoga is a tool we use to not only transform our spiral-structured abs, but also our energy and how we feel about our life.

For me, every time I leave a BUTI practice, I feel accomplished, grounded, and supported by all those on their mats around me. BUTI helps build self-confidence like I have never seen or felt before, and develops a community full of liveliness and acceptance. I love to teach a fun class that is challenging and allows you to push yourself, while offering safe modifications for all levels.

When I am not on my mat, with my family, or working, you will find me hiking, salsa dancing, enjoying my small homestead, or just trying to get lost in the gorgeous state of Michigan we call home!
