Kelly Watkins

After struggling for years with anxiety in her own life, Kelly discovered yoga in 2015. Yoga has helped her develop mindfulness and the ability to control her breath. This journey not only alleviated her anxiety but also ignited her desire to share the healing benefits of yoga with others.

In 2024, Kelly obtained her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) from Divine Power Yoga in South Lyon. Kelly brings a deep understanding of both the physical and mental aspects of yoga.

She believes in the power of breathwork, alignment, and intentional movement to create balance and strength in both body and mind. Her teaching style is dynamic yet accessible, offering students a space to explore their own practice and cultivate inner peace and community.
